Os Rewilding Open Days convidam-no a mergulhar no território onde a Rewilding Portugal desenvolve o seu trabalho de restauro ecológico, acompanhando de perto projetos que estão a devolver espaço à vida selvagem e a criar novas oportunidades para as comunidades locais. Ao longo de três dias, terá acesso privilegiado a algumas das nossas áreas rewilding, visitas guiadas por especialistas, experiências gastronómicas com produtos locais, visitas pelo património histórico desta região e ainda momentos únicos num dos territórios mais autênticos de Portugal.
Programa
23 de Outubro
- Check-in no Centro Rewilding a partir das 15 horas (jantar livre por conta do participante)
24 de Outubro
- Pequeno-almoço servido no alojamento
- Visita guiada à área rewilding do Vale Carapito e à aldeia de Vilar Maior, com a Beir’aja
- Almoço tradicional da região na Contrabandista do Petisco, na Freineda
- Visita guiada à área rewilding do Ermo das águias, com a Wildlife Portugal.
- Regresso ao Centro Rewilding e jantar servido pela Rewilding Portugal com produtos locais e sustentáveis de produtores da Rede Côa Selvagem

- Pequeno-almoço e fim da experiência

Discover the Great Côa Valley through an exclusive experience combining nature, heritage and gastronomy.
The Rewilding Open Days invite you to immerse yourself in the area where Rewilding Portugal carries out its ecological restoration work, closely following projects that are giving space back to wildlife and creating new opportunities for local communities. Over the course of three days, you’ll enjoy privileged access to some of our rewilding areas, guided tours led by experts, culinary experiences featuring local produce, visits to the region’s historical heritage sites, and unique moments in one of Portugal’s most authentic areas.

23 October
- Check-in at the Rewilding Centre from 3 pm (dinner at the participant’s own expense)
24 October
- Breakfast served at the accommodation
- Guided tour of the Vale Carapito rewilding area and the village of Vilar Maior, with Beir’aja
- Traditional regional lunch at Contrabandista do Petisco, in Freineda
- Guided tour of the Ermo das Águias rewilding area, with Wildlife Portugal.
- Return to the Rewilding Centre and dinner served by Rewilding Portugal featuring local and sustainable produce from producers in the Wild Côa Network
25 October
- Breakfast and end of the experience
