CARACTERÍSTICAS DO PRODUTO:

Jorge Lourenço – Enólogo / 750ml, 13.5% volume

Cor amarela citrina e aspecto brilhante. Bolha muito fina e persistente; aroma fresco e floral com notas ténues de brioche e fermento. No palato sabores leves e complexos de frutos deixando  um sabor delicado e prolongado com muita nota de brioche na boca, que resulta numa mousse e acidez aveludada, bem proporcionada e muito bem integrada. Persistente, delicioso e muito guloso.

O D. Graça Espumante Bruto 2020 Douro DOC é um aperitivo por excelência, embora de enorme aptidão gastronómica. Pela sua acidez e frescura, será excelente para pratos fortes, peixes gordos e carnes vermelhas.

Servir entre 6-8ºC de temperatura.

Casta: Malvasia Fina, Viosinho, Rabigato e Gouveio.

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS:

Jorge Lourenço – Winemaker / 750ml, 13.5% volume

Bright citrus yellow colour. Very fine, persistent bubbles; fresh, floral aroma with faint notes of brioche and yeast. Light, complex fruit flavours on the palate, leaving a delicate, lingering taste with lots of brioche notes in the mouth, resulting in a velvety, well-proportioned and very well-integrated mousse and acidity. Persistent, delicious and very tasty.

D. Graça Espumante Bruto 2020 Douro DOC is an aperitif par excellence, although it has enormous gastronomic aptitude. Due to its acidity and freshness, it will be excellent with strong dishes, fatty fish and red meats.

Serve at a temperature of 6-8ºC.

Grape varieties: Malvasia Fina, Viosinho, Rabigato and Gouveio.
