Solar de São João museum (Almeida)
A Historic House to visit in Almeida. Built in the historic center of the village and fortress of Almeida, it was built in 1726 by Infantry Colonel José Delgado Freire, married to D. Maria de Azevedo, one of the most important families of Riba Côa. Here you can make day and night guided tours, walk visits to Almeida and the surrounding historic villages, ride in a 1942 jeep, taste regional products and even buy them in the store inside the building.
