Chef Miguel Veiga lives in Guarda and is one of the oldest partners of Rewilding Portugal. Freelance culinary chef with extensive experience in catering for events and stays for large groups. It also organizes workshops and showcookings. Main focus on vegetarian and vegan cuisine, with deep knowledge in cooking for people with all kinds of dietary restrictions/allergies or intolerances.

Pé de Cabra

Known as the Modern Grocery Store, Pé de Cabra is a unique space, full of memories of other times that take us back to the homes of our grandparents. The place is small, but includes a small grocery store selling local produce and bulk products. The fireplace for cold days and the terrace for mild days complete the experience.

Entre Portas

The space is housed in an old house, melancholy and compartmentalized, from which the stone perimeter walls and the wooden roof were recovered, and from these elements, along with the demolition of the others, a spacious, bright and very bold space was built. But this place isn’t just about architecture and friendliness, so the gastronomy also deserves special mention and a restaurant has to be about food first and foremost, good food and genuine flavors.
